Our company has a long history with EDGAR - beginning in 1993, in the Pilot Program (ASCII) days, as Monique Price and Company.  In 1999, the name was changed to E-Services, LLC to  reflect the nature of our changing financial reporting industry. In 2010 the industry changed again with the phase-in XBRL requirement so we've changed our name to reflect all that we offer as a full-service EDGAR and XBRL provider. 

Our clients are the most important ingredient because of the need for close relationships during XBRL and HTML file preparation and we thank them for their loyal patronage - some of which have been with us since the very beginning. We look forward  to their continued  patronage as we strive to offer our best services and products now and in the future.

The Office Macros assist in the preparation of Word/Excel files for HTML conversion regardless of software used to convert.  If you have Excel files linked as objects, it works very well for rendering Word tables and is a time saver over the competition.  Our tools also work well for inserting page breaks with header footer data in the Word file. 

We will have an integrated system, EDGARXFILER completed this summer at a significant savings to EDGAR filers.
